Our Digital Complaint Form (Libro de Reclamaciones) is a formal channel required by Peruvian law where you can submit a complaint or claim related to a product or service you received from us. It is not a general feedback form or a way to request information. If you have questions, suggestions, or need assistance, please contact us directly by phone, email, or through our contact page.

Indicate the ticket number or reservation code in the case of plane, bus or train tickets (Product), or the Invoice/Booking Code number in the case of a tour package (Service).
Indicate the day, month and year in which you paid for the product/service. (Format: dd/mm/yyyy)

Once you submit the Digital Complaint Form, you will receive a confirmation via email with a registration code. Our team will review your case and respond within the timeframe established by Peruvian consumer protection law—typically within 15 calendar days.
