About this hotel

A converted 18th century monastery in the traditional village of Yucay, the Sonesta offers luxury accommodation in a relaxing setting. Each room is spacious and individually designed, most with stunning views of the mountains surrounding the hotel. Floors are hardwood and walls are made of stone quarried from a nearby site. Despite its setting in a remote village, the hotel is well equipped with all the facilities you need to enjoy your stay, including a spa and restaurant with daily buffet. The management has even moved a chapel from a nearby village onto the grounds, adding atmosphere and providing space for weddings.
