{"id":8651,"date":"2014-04-11T14:53:52","date_gmt":"2014-04-11T19:53:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fertur-travel.com\/blog\/?p=8651"},"modified":"2016-01-14T17:38:39","modified_gmt":"2016-01-14T22:38:39","slug":"how-to-cook-book-to-put-peruvian-soul-into-any-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fertur-travel.com\/blog\/2014\/how-to-cook-book-to-put-peruvian-soul-into-any-recipe\/8651\/","title":{"rendered":"How-to cook book to put Peruvian soul into any recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Acclaimed Peruvian chef Gast\u00f3n Acurio has signed a deal to publish his first English-language cookbook, &#8220;Definitive Guide to the Traditional Home Cooking of Peru.&#8221;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Featuring more than 500 recipes, the cookbook will be titled, &#8220;Definitive Guide to the Traditional Home Cooking of Peru,&#8221; according to Peru&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/elcomercio.pe\/gastronomia\/chefs\/gaston-acurio-anuncio-su-libro-ingles-sobre-cocina-peruana-noticia-1722097\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">main daily newspaper El Comercio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Gast\u00f3n is owner of the Astrid y Gast\u00f3n in Lima, ranked #14 of the world&#8217;s best restaurants by San Pellegrino, and a host of other eateries around the globe. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/gastonacurio?ref=br_tf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">He confirmed the book deal on his FB page<\/a>: &#8220;It&#8217;s official. 500 recipes of Peruvian cuisine in English, with the publisher Phaidon.
