Here&#8217;s a way to enjoy a&nbsp; mainstay Peruvian dish that won&#8217;t have you regretting it the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most beloved food stalls in the capital&nbsp; is <em>La Esquina de la Grimanesa<\/em>, the Corner of Grimanesa, at the&nbsp; corner of Enrique Palacios and 27 de Noviembre, Miraflores. It&#8217;s a few blocks, about 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride, from <em>Parque Kennedy<\/em> in the heart of Miraflores, Lima&#8217;s seaside tourist district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grimanesa Restaurant in Miraflores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stall is a one woman show run by <strong>Grimanesa Vargas Araujo<\/strong>, who&#8217;s been selling anticuchos here for 30 years. The grilled beef hearts on skewers are marinated in vinegar, garlic, cumin and chili, and they&#8217;re an <a title=\"The Day of Afro-Peruvian Culture: June 4\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fertur-travel.com\/blog\/2012\/the-day-of-afro-peruvian-culture-june-4\/4586\/\">Afro Peruvian<\/a> favorite. They&#8217;re absolutely delicious.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grimanesa or <strong>Tia Grima<\/strong> has become something of a mini-celebrity, earning a prominent mention in a recent Washington Post article on Lima&#8217;s burgeoning culinary reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5:00 pm to 11:00 pm every day except&nbsp; Sundays.
