Amazonia Lodge, located in the tropical lowland rainforest of Manu Biosphere Reserve. The lodge is considered one of the best birding places in Peru. The lodge's bird list contains 609 species and keeps going up, fast becoming one of the largest lists in the world. There are 8 species of monkeys including the rare Night Monkey. Also found are many butterflies, amphibians, reptiles, orchids, and bromelians.
Pantiacolla Lodge is set in lush rainforest on bluffs overlooking the fast-running Alto Madre de Dios river. Nestled in the Manu foothills at the base of the Pantiacolla Mountains, the lodge enjoys cool Andean breezes that maintain the temperature on the lower side of “tropical” and keep mosquitos entirely at bay. The forest in the area supports a healthy population of Manu´s least known and most elusive primate, the monk saki monkey. Coati, deer, peccary, and tapir are frequently sighted. A short, early morning boat trip to a clay lick also enables visitors to observe macaws and parakeets at close hand.

Manu Wildlife Center located east of the Manu River on the north bank of the Madre de Dios River, and reached by a 35-minute light plane flight from Cusco, offers the Amazon's finest, in-depth wildlife safari. The Lodge contains 22 double-occupancy fully screened private bungalows with hot showers, a large fully screened dining room, and a bar with hammocks for relaxing.
